We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, our team will make it right.
30-Day Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange — no reason required. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@vernotix.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the item.
- Our team responds within 1 business day with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Ship the item back with tracking and share the tracking number with us.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover the full return shipping cost and send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
- Change of mind: you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The original purchase amount is refunded in full once the item is received and inspected.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted. For defective items we can ship a direct replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been installed, used, or modified, and items returned without original packaging, may not be eligible for a refund. Electrical components that show signs of installation are assessed case by case.
