All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. We work hard to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate; if we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Aftermarket Parts Notice

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all parts sold on this site are aftermarket (non-OEM) replacement parts. Any vehicle make, model, or OEM part number referenced (for example, "fits" or "suitable for" statements) is used solely to indicate compatibility and does not imply the product is an original equipment part or that we are affiliated with the vehicle manufacturer. Please confirm fitment before purchase and installation.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Payment is collected in full at checkout using the payment methods displayed on the checkout page. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be verified.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, handling times, and transit times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery to the address you provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which provides a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable US consumer protection laws.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the products sold on it, including labor or installation costs.
